Black Cleaver and Last Whisperer do stack but Flat armor reduction is factored in first though. So even though they will still have less effective armor, because LW is % based you're reducing the total effectiveness of it. Basically if you have both, you reduce the total effectiveness of your total armor penetration.

200 Armor Malphite is open for attacks. You launch a Mystic Shot: LW kicks in and reduces it to 120 for the one MS. Then the Cleaver applies and reduces his Armor by an additional 15. By the time he's available for attack again, he'll have lost the Cleaver-debuff, meaning he's back to 120 Armor again (effectively). There's only negative effectiveness during longer fights, but the items never backfire on eachother. They always have a beneficial effect, one way or the other.

I'm not too happy with this downvote, but I see your point. However, you should be aware that not all late-game (which is what you'll have reached at the Cleaver-Whisper stage) are complete team fights. Black Cleaver won't have a 15 Armor drop whenever you land a Mystic Shot, it applies to following basic attacks and Mystic Shots. During the poking stages, which take place before team fights, the Last Whisper is amazing. After that, your last job would be to take out the tank, and if he had 200+ Armor - which isn't too hard - getting him down to 149 ain't gonna cut it. That's where the Last Whisper kicks in.

Basing a downvote on one not-very-thoroughly thought through point carries 'absolutely no point'. You should also try to include some pointers as to what I could do to improve the guide, rather than just to burn it down and leave it with a downvote. Thanks for reading though, hope I clarified myself enough.

But this build is the perfect build to a Ezreal AP ,in my opinion!

Why thank you :D
However, I should mention that, in ranked, you should always counterpick your Mid. Ezreal is hardly a good counterpick, as most mids have access to Crowd Control. With that said, not many champions can match Ezreal's bursting potential past Sheen/ Lich Bane.

I could not agree more, this skin has been delayed too damn much. About friggin' time they released it.
