No coding at all... the boots choice is just... I don't get it, if the cdr caps at 40 & why go to 50%. Also outdated, sorry but I will down vote till you make some changes.

+1 for effort. I would take Mercury's Treads over CDR boots though. You also lack MR for a tank, consider getting those boots or adding in a Guardian Angel over Thornmail.

You also need to learn how to code. For example, Skarner, Ixtal's Impact, etc. Refer to this guide for details.

One piece of advice: Ionian Boots of Lucidity + Shurelya's Battlesong + Frozen Heart = 50% CDR.
Cooldownreduction caps at 40% thus wasting 10%. Its not much, but you could definitely skip one of those items for example Ninja Tabi or Mercury's Treads for Ionian Boots of Lucidity and replace missing CDR with runes or masteries.
I think you should write why those items are soo good that it is worth passing the cap.

Decent guide for a first time. Remember if you item or skill you want here(No spaces between the word and double brackets though you get Skarner or Sheen. I do want to question however why you do not put more points into crystal slash early as it is your main damage component and a good followup on ganks.
