I didn't like this. Reasons here:

1. Ignite and Flash always on leblanc, because it's not about staying in the lane longer, it is killing and bursting people down more quickly, and Ignite is far more powerful in lategame than Heal.

2. You prob don't wanna start with dorans ring because you get zoned out much more, so the enemy has the lane in his control, try boots 3 pots, your survi is better that way, also, with boots + W, you ''cant'' get ganked.

3. I can get the idea of Lich Bane, but does it really work? You could buy at the same price like deathfire grasp, and burst harded, than relying on mana. Also, you prob don't need rylai since your E, but I can agree to that because of the massive health bonus and passive.

4. You should make your guide much longer, with the more details on it.
