Me
Im a Lee Sin main with over 110K mastery points and over 150 matches played since the summer.
Now i have not been playing league for that long but i do know a lot about Lee Sin and i'd like to share my knowledge with all of you guys.
Disclaimer: I am not in an high elo and english is not my first language
Now Lee Sin exels in the early game, being able to put out a lot of damage. Unfortunately Lee Sin becomes weaker towards late game so you gonna have to use that early game to not fall off and become useless.
Lee Sin has a lot of mobility and can be very usefull to his teammates with his Ultimate
In short: Lee Sin is very strong in the early game and you should use that strength to snowball to late game since you will become much weaker compared to the other champs

Now the runes:
Domination is by far the best tree for Lee Sin. Out of domination Electrocute is by far the strongest abilitie since its very usefull in the early game and thats were Lee Sin is good. An other option would be Dark Harvest for the late game.
Sudden impact is just perfect for Lee Sin. It gives bonusses for dashing which is all Lee Sin does. An other option wouldt be Cheap shot since your E slows people. If you take this one make sure to first apply your E before going in and doing damage
Eyeball Collection is the best out of these because it helps Lee scale a bit more to the late game. and youre going to have more then anough wards troughout the game as Lee to pick any other
Relentless Hunter is probably the best one to take here but i dont it really matters since not any of these really synergize with Lee Sin, The extra movement is quite nice though so i'd reconment this one
Now for the second tree i'd take Precision but there you could go Sorcery or Resolve too.
If you go Precision
You should take triumph and coup de grace as they give you the strongest early game
For Sorcery
You should only go Sorcery if you take transcendence which gives you extra ad/ap for over the max cooldown reduction. You can take any other rune with it to your choice
For resolve.
Now i have never really used this tree and i do not recommend it.

Now i did copy this piece of text as this is just the discription of the abilities and he did that just perfect nothing to add here
Flurry: Your next 2 auto-attacks after casting a spell gain 40% attack speed and return 20/10 energy respectively. This makes it a good idea to space out your skills in fights and auto-attack at least once between them, since the first auto-attack is the one that returns the most energy, but ideally twice to maximize the attack speed benefit.
Sonic Wave/ Resonating Strike: This ability is your main gap closer and a huge source of mobility, since Sonic Wave's projectile range is very long and Resonating Strike's cast range is even longer. Chained together they also have a huge base damage, which makes Lee Sin a very strong early-game duelist.
Safeguard/ Iron Will: This spell gives Lee Sin great sustain while jungling, and also provides him with yet another gap closer to add onto Resonating Strike and Flash. With trinket wards and Tracker's Knife you'll always have plenty of wards to ward jump onto, by placing a ward where you want to go and casting Safeguard onto it.
Tempest/ Cripple: Tempest is a huge help for clearing camps with multiple monsters, and Cripple gives you some CC to aid your ganks. Tempest is also magic damage, so it won't be affected by enemies building armor.
Dragon's Rage: This spell is the key to the famous Insec. It knocks the target back a great distance and deals great damage to the target and any enemies they collide with. By getting behind your target before you cast Dragon's Rage, you'll be able to knock them backwards into your team, which is the purpose of the Insec.

Now for the jungle route you will always start bot side with either your red or blue.
If you start Red you go wolves after and then blue buff, after that you should be level 3 and ready to gank either mid or top
If you start blue you go wolves after your blue and then your red and you should be level 3 too
Some extra tips for jungling.
use you passive whilst farming ( extra attack speed after each ability used)
Make good use of you W since you can end full hp after clear if used good
Dont smite your first buff, save it for the second buff or for your raptors
