Hello my summoner name is Elementilist and i may not be a gold player pro at everything and anything but i do really well with lulu mid against a variety of oppenents
P.S. this is my first guide so please dont hate :D

Lulu mid has amazing range Pretty good poke and trade Good cc slows and damage

Mana hungry champion Squishy early game Moves dont scale well against ap

• Your ulti Wild Growth is maxed first like other ults
• Your Glitterlance is your main poke throughout laning phase and which is why you max it second
• Help, Pix! Is maxed 3rd because you only have 2 damaging moves
• You max Whimsy last because the cc isnt that drastically changed when leveled.

Your mark is Greater Mark of Magic Penetration so you can do more damage early game with your Glitterlance poke.
Your seal is Greater Seal of Mana Regeneration because is a mana hungry mage and the early game flat seals will help her poke while when they fall off late game your Chalice of Harmony will keep you afloat
Your glyph is Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power because you dont expect to do a ton of burst at level 2 and you'll get more ap late game so you can secure the kills.

Faerie Charm,4x Health Potions, 2x Mana Potions, and a sight ward are the standard opening items on Lulu as they give you a bunch of benefits that you shouldnt trade in for.

On your first recall you're going to want to get a chalice for the easy spammability with your Glitterlance and Help, Pix!

Since you havent bought these and they are a must to even survive league you should buy them.
