A very reasonable request! I've removed all enchantments from the suggested build and item explanation sections.

Hi! Really nice guide! But i have some question: Trinity force is core item? and if yes is it always the first item? i always buy it first. i just asked it because in the ex. final build there is no tri but it says mid/core item. Sorry if its not clear for me. Ty for answer before :) !

If you're going for the bruiser build I only recommend buying trinity force as first item after warrior if you are ahead or even, if you're struggling it's better to get the tankiness from Black Cleaver or Iceborn Gauntlet. On the topic of final build, I listed iceborn as a tankier alternative to trinity force and since I had a couple of options for final builds I just chose a random one, with the setup with iceborn being the one I chose. I talked about this in the note at my "mid-game core section", talking about which to get in what situation. Hopefully that will help!

I buy it first 100% of the time.....but if your behind early start another item like BC or Botrk or start building tanky from the start

Hey Donutknol!

I want to know what you think about Vi getting buffed in 6.17. If you don't know the changes then here it is.

Blast Shield (Passive):
Cooldown decreased to 16-8 seconds (at levels 1-18) from 18-8 seconds.
Vault Breaker (Q):
Cooldown decreased to 16/14/12/10/8 from 18/15.5/13/10.5/8
Knockback duration changed to 0.7 seconds from 0.5-0.75
Excessive Force (E):
Upon first level up, Vi immediately gains two charges of Excessive Force

So what do you think? I would like your feedback and opinion.

I was planning on adressing this in an update quite soon, and since I'm typing it out here anyways I'll add it right after this comment. These changes are generally all quite nice and early game focused: the passive buff lets you have slightly more hp after clearing your camps earlier on in the game. Once you get a couple items you will probably lifesteal through jungle camps anyways and hence it's mostly nice for early game, but nice regardless. The q buff is again an early game buff, it lets you use your q more often, which is very nice in the early game while you don't have alot of levels in it yet and don't have that many cdr items, even though you will probably be rushing cdr but you still need to get the gold for that first. Then the knockback change: while it is very minor, it will very occasionally secure your lane a kill with the extra .2 seconds. The 0.05 seconds off later on will basically not matter. The E buff is just general QoL and slight clear speed buff for your first buff, since you'll be taking E after you clear your first camp. You can get one additional auto attack reset off which increases your clearspeed slightly since it also speeds up your w proccing. Generally the changes are quite nice, although maybe slightly unneeded since vi's early game is already quite strong.

Sterak's Gage synergizes extremely well with Vi because it stacks with the spellblade passive in all the items of the Sheen tree, and has health to stack with the Titanic Hydra if you build tanky. Just a thing to consider instead of Dead Man's Plate on damage vi since it does more reliable damage.

Sterak's is indeed a good item option, although it only gives flat ad and health. I did include it in the late game item options, but personally I like having the armor from Dead Man's Plate, since I don't really get it from any other items. When I decide to go tankier in my build this is one of the options I like to go to after I have an armor and mr item.

Best guide I've seen, but since this 6.10 patch I have a few questions. You know how trinity force now has 20% cdr, Black cleaver also has it and warrior enchant too, giving us a total of 50% cdr, 10% of which we don't need, so I was wondering if there was any way to not spend money on 10% useless cdr, since the bruiser build is quite expensive.

This is understandable, I was thinking about this myself and came up with 2 possible solutions: If you want to go more towards the tank side, you can replace triforce with iceborn gauntlet, which gives 10% and you still have the sheen effect, but in an AoE. The other option is replacing cleaver with youmuu's if you want to be more of an assassin.

Nice guide, though it's better to use skirmishes sabre or stalkers blade, because trackers knife has no smite effect.

Depends on your team really.
You dont really need those two if you're playing with 2-3 other people you know. The vision from tracker would be more beneficial if you're coordinating with your team mates properly.

But if you're solo-Que then yeah take stalker or skirmishes.

i just found a very broken item on Vi its DEATHS DANCE since it heals on how much damage you do on AOE it makes it so your 3rd skill heals you for a lot more than any lifesteal in the game 200 - 300 hp in one hit so can it be in this guide

flask is out of the game right?? top lane vi still has that
nice guide by the way
and is rageblade good on vi for split push cause hydra has been debuff and it makes you attack faster so is it a good choice instead of hydra
(TOP LANE VI)

Just wanted to say I liked the guide but you will need to update it a little bit.

1) Homeguards is no longer an enchant
2) In your itemization section you have the Stalkers blade next to Moots of Speed and I think you meant Tracks Knife since that is what you used everywhere else

Maybe discuss why you would use on over the other in regards to the jungle item as I generally go the Stalkers Knife so I can smite enemies.

First off, thank you for taking the time to comment and say that you like my guide. It was a good point on the homeguards, I totally missed that. On the point of jungle items, it's all personal preference. I like the vision and don't feel I need the slow with the low q cooldown I have when I get some cdr/levels. If you feel like chilling smite is better feel free to take it.
