First of all, this is my first build. I thought of it since the spells of Lucian have been shown. And i have been testing it since Lucian is released.

I'm not saying that it's the best build ever, but it's my favourite and i wanted to chare it with you.

Pros :
- Excellent harass.
- Very Mobile with his E.
- Very good in trading damages.
- Amazing Ult that can deal awesome damages, even on a tank.

Cons :
- Hard to handle.
- Has no CC.
- Dash remove slow, not stun or root.
- Can't be played with all supports.
- Can't spell Q if there is no target.

Flash : A must have. Used to take a kill or save your life.

Barrier : Very usefull to trade safely in Early, or to sustain better in end game.

Ignite : More agressive than Barrier. Make sure the ennemy used his barrier before Igniting him.

LightslingerWhenever Lucian uses an ability, his next attack becomes a double-shot.

This is the way to harass the most. The second effect apply half damage to champions and towers, but fully applies on-hit effects. When you're fighting or trading, make sure that you use it after each of your spells.


Piercing Light Shoots a bolt of piercing light through an enemy unit, damaging enemies in a line for 80/120/160/200/240 (+0) (60/75/90/105/120% of bonus Attack Damage) physical damage. Deals 75% damage to minions.

And it's here that all begin. This is a skillshot spell, while it's not. You must be focusing something while using it, but the direction of the beam depends on your position. Not easy to touch, but when you hit... Upgrade it first.


Ardent Blaze Fires a shot that explodes upon enemy contact or reaching the end of its path. The explosion deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+90% Ability Power) (+0) magic damage and marks enemies for 6 seconds.Damaging marked targets grants Lucian 40 Movement Speed for 2 seconds.


This skill is the most useless of Lucian's. However, the speed boost on it could comme in handy. It don't need no upgrade, so make sure to upgrade it last.


Relentless Pursuit Dashes a short distance, removing all slow effects.If The Culling kills an enemy champion, the cooldown of Relentless Pursuit is reset.

Used to dash in or out, very usefull. The combo Q-DoubleAA-E-DoubleAA can get an ennemy mid life in early game. Max it in second.


The Culling Lucian moves freely while firing rapidly in a single direction for 3 seconds. His shots collide with the first enemy they hit and each do 40/50/60 (+10% Ability Power) (+30% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage. The number of shots scales with his Attack Speed.
Total over 0 shots: 0 physical damage. The Culling does 400% damage to minions.Lucian may use Relentless Pursuit during The Culling.Reactivate The Culling to cancel early.

The best way to kill someone. Deal an amazing amount of damage, but beware, if Lucian is stun, The Culling stops immediatly. And it's also quite hard to use it well.

Why CDR instead of Attack Speed? Because with the following of the build, you'll have quite enought attack speed to deal a large amount of damage. And i don't like Berzerkers. that all.


First core item. Provide a large amount of sustain, damage and attack speed. The bonus damage on AA apply with the bonus AA, and so the life leach. It's active power can also help with the lack of CC.


This is here that it's starting to be funny. With the Cleaver and the Blade, you'll be able to do tons of damage on any character. And the passive power of the cleaver applies on the double AA.


With the Zephyre, the Cleaver, your Boots and masteries, you'll be at 39% CDR. At lvl 16, you'll have your ult every 35 sec. And, has your Attack speed gives you much more damages on your ult, you'll be able to deal even more damages. And that's a very good thing.


I think i don't need to explain why i use this item.


One of my favorite item of the game. Gives you a lot of life, some damage, and a slow on AA. But, you can replace it with the following items.


The ennemy AP carry is feeded? The ennemy Team has too much armor? Wit's End is here. Giving you attack speed for your ult, and magic bonus damage that applies on the double AA, while reducing magic resist. Your AP teammates will be grateful.


Buy this if your in a good game, if your fed and if you just wanna deal even moooooooooore damages.


And this last one is very classic. It's always good to have armor and MR.

According to me, Leona is the best support for Lucian. With all of here CC, she provides to Lucian the stuns that he need. And her passive is sooooo good for him too. The 2 characters have an excellent synergy together.


The second best support for Lucian. Stun, Heal, Bonus armor and reduce opponent's... A very useful kit (Taric is useful for every ADC).


Yeah, you know what i mean, Thresh is an awesome support, who can offer really good kills or save your lovely *** in a lot of situation.


And in fourth place, Alistar, with his CC and his heal, he can be an excellent support for our ADC.

Strong against :
Lucian is strong against almost every carry (it depends of the level of skill of the opponent). Except 3.

Weak Against :


We all hate it, when you eat the ennemy Vayne, you're telling yourself "Alright, she can't last hit, she's got killed 5 times", and then, she comes from no where, stuns you and explode you in 3 seconds.
Her Q helps her to dodge your's, and her E can anihilate your ukt. Be very carefull.


The same problem here. With the range in bonus. Yay. But if you master well your Lucian, you can eat her.


She can also destroy you at level 6, so beware. You don't want your ult wasted, do you?
