Hello, all!
This is my very first guide, hope you enjoy following this build! Thus, I will keep this very simple.

Items/Skill level sequence/and Runes are not a definite set, it is always good to find your own build which you feel satisfied with. With that said, hope you can use this build as a reference to build up Lucian to your favor. Enjoy !

Items

Last item ( Statikk Shiv ) could be traded to any item of your choice, because by that time you would already be dominating the field, if target has high armor then get Last Whisper for 35% Armor Penetration instead.

Runes

You can trade Marks of Armour Penetration with Crit chance runes, both work well to dominate matches!

Abilities

I get Ardent Blaze to for the AoE effect, and not to mention helps running from/towards Enemy champs at earlier levels.

TeamWork

Never attack first! If you are taken down first you can cause your team to lose right away. Lucian has intense damage, but must be used wisely. "The Culling" must be used wisely so it is not wasted on minions/ or not aimed properly.

Always use Ardent Blaze before The Culling, and keep your dash skill to either:
~ Fix aim by going side ways if you did not aim properly.
~ Dash backwards A.k.a "Kiting"
~ Dash towards incase they flashed back, hunting prey
