Executioner's Calling is incredibly situational and it's very odd to have it in the "Standard Final Build". Also maxing Relentless Pursuit second takes out a lot of your mid-game/snowball potential because of the damage you are missing out on.

Skill maxing is ****ed up, ****ty items, there is no need to read the guide any further.

If I go rammus 300 armor it won't help you if you focus crit and no arpen.
Edit: don't use 9 crit runes, I accept 1, but not 9, pick arpen or damage

Seriously, **** these Runaan's Hurricanes.

Pretty short, little strategic explanations and the colors are pretty unnecessary. At least there's coding.

I pretty much just skimmed this guide and there's some faulty things I'd like to bring up. For example, Avarice Blade is good, but if you're last hitting well then you really don't need it, Atma's Impaler is an extremely poor choice on many tanks, let alone an ADC, you need to remember to enchant boots and, this might be just me, but I find Statikk Shiv too flimsy to have on a standard build.
I'd like to give this a -1 but you're in deep enough. Just iron it out.
