Runes
Seals: The flat armor helps you taking less damage from the enemy ADC espacially while trading in the laning phase.
Glyphs: You will also need some magic resist because your enemy usually isn´t full AD. Scaling MR runes overall are giving you more magig resist than flat MR runes.
