I use this build every time and not trying to brag but I cannont recall going negitve with this build ever, like how could you go wrong with 852 ap(with full stacks). Please to not rate before you try this either.

The reason that I chose these runes is because lux does need some magic pen runes because in the items I dont any at all. the ability runes are there for that extra kick at 18 you might just need to get that kill and the mana regen are used for primarly lvls 1-12 because Lux does use up alot of mana. The cooldown reduction runes are just so you can get that ult cooldown to right around 23 secs which means your lazer finales funkeln really good for farming minions.

In my masteries I beleive that you want to get your mana regen and cooldown masteries before focusing on anything else. Remember that it is important to get the archiac knowledge in offence becasue you really do want the magic penitration. The one alternitive for masteries that I feel can be made is take 1 point and put it into insight instead of greed.

The items cosen above are based on ability cooldowns and power. They give a total of 50% cooldown and 852 ability power(with full stacks). This item build is great for harrasing in early game and getting early kills so you can get your stacks up early. I personaly think the archangel's staff should be the last item for the reason that the items that i have picked have no extra mana so that would give the stacks of an archangel's useless. The alternitive to this is getting the the archangel's before the lich bane, I feel this is pesonal prefrence and will work either way.

I made this skill sequence to be played in mid, I got the prismatic barrier first so in mid you can block harrasses like caitlyns peacemaker ability. The after you focus on light binding and lucent singularity. When in battle use your pristatic barrier first to initiate, your lucent singularity to slow so you can easily line up your light binding, and when your light binding hits, explode your lucent singularity, them ult them. Be sure to remember to attack them once after each ability ability so you can get the most possible damage from your passive, dont go for the attack imbetween when you explode your lucent singularity and your ult because your light binding will be done and it wont as easy to line up a devastating ult.

Clarity is very usefull for lux early to mid game because I feel that you always run out right when you have that perfect time to get a kill. Flash is amazingly usefull because lux may have a root but that may not always save you and not dying is esspeacially important for this build because you dont want to be losing your stacks ever. Also flash is very important on offence because it allows you to flash to a position to where your light binding will not hit minions and stop.

So remember to use your abilities int the way I told you to get the most effectiveness plus do not forget that you passive can be devistating and will most times will be the factor that gets you a kill. Also please tont rate this build, half guide before trying it out.
