But how?
Well this is probably the most advanced tactic ever. You need to be some god at league to play this. the whole early game pre level 6 you do nothing at all and just farm, but as soon as you are level 6 just keep Q'ing them until they are like 75% hp, what then you may ask? you ult ignite them and watch the magic. just dont do this against any tank. Trust me that does not work. But why not just go full ap then? Well he scales so well with armor and since you have electrocute and ignite you do oneshot the squishy champions anyway so there is no reason to ever go full ap instead of this.
