I can clear to wolves-blue-wraith-golem-wolves-red(withoutsmite) and still have 2-3 health pots left.
Ganking at level 3-4 is iffy, but is still possible since silence shuts down early summoner abilities and allows a huge window for a kill, and which I run ignite to make up for his earlier weak ganks. Once you hit level 6 though it's ****ing game on. His counter jungle protection is top notch. Your pet is almost always up and will rape anyone who tries to steal your wraiths.
Max E since it has the highest scaling per rank and stacks well with ignite for quick burst DoT's and increases pushing and farming, then your silence secondary. Pick up W at level one ( highest damage to blue, otherwise Q is just as good)
