To sum it up fast.

Use your E to farm. Hide in a bush, and when a person comes up to you QWER them, then wait until they die. If they get away chase with your Cancer Puppies. Go Barrier/Flash, if you want to spread hate. Flash/ignite because you can ignite during your ult.
In TeamFights Stay in back line and QW People, your ult and E aren't to helpful.
