Protection agaisnt the dangerous thinhs with Zhonyas passive and its armour, as the AD melees are often the worst problems. Ad a chunk of health with ryalis, and some soft cc that synergize well with his skills.

The rest are just items to take big shunks of health out of your opponent.
The liandrys Is also a really good option, And can replace the, example the rylais, but is often neccesary if not the opponents have 2 supertanks or 3 tanks overall. Or even if the team dont have any tanks at all, and then the flat magpen is more benefical then the voidstaff.
