SO this is my first build so it isnt perfect :D Anivia was my first 6300 champ i bought and i still love to play her. her damage burst is what i love most. so i hope that this build will help u guys/girls get good as anivia. I mostly play her mid but occasionaly i have to play lane, but it works perfect if your with a high dps like xin zhao.

My runes are as following : 9 magic penetration marks, ,9 mana regen per 5 sec seals, and 9 flat ability power glyphs. My quintessence 3 Flat ability power. Magic penetration is a must ability per level is always good, mana regen is good for anivias ulti, and ability power in the beginning is good for lane dominance

I like to use a basic flash and ignite, because anivia is a slow champ it helps her to flee or to catch up to her enemies. And ignite is just to secure kills if your burst damage doesnt kill them(which never happens ;)

This item build is very expensive but its already good after the first archangel, you get high mana regen and a lot of mana, which is perfect for anivias ulti Glacial Storm, and Rabadons is always awesome so that also a must :D

-Amazing burst damage
-Offer a lot of CC to your team
-Really hard to focus in team fights

Cons
-Hard to play
-Getting hourglass or abyssal may hinder your ability to buy other powerful items, like in my build archangels or rabadons
-With my build you won't have a lot of health so play passively or until you hit them with a stun, or just see a opening to kill them

Early game how you use your skills are very crucial to dominate in your lane. Before lvl 6 just play passively farm minions and stay away from their champ, but use flash frosts to try to hit them. if you do go forward and use an e, then back away. When u get your ulti try to do the same thing but after u stunned them use your ulti on them and then use e.
