This is a great start to a guide I think. You should check grammar.

Although it's obvious you have coding skill and design awareness, it is still unfinished. Also, your runes confuse me. At first you say you want to stick to MPen, then you have AS? I hope you finish it soon so people won't downvote right away for a unfinished guide, but you took a risk. On mobafire, I really think the old adage "better to ask forgiveness than permission" really rings true. I think we'd all rather you upload a completed guide with some things we don't agree with than you upload an unfinished one altogether. I'm not downvoting, but you should consider archiving this before you get so many downvotes that you can't come back from it!

For now, I'm giving you a downvote. I do think the guide is too unfinished to have a good look at, but I also disagree with a decent amount of things you have written down. This, of course, will change to an upvote when you address the matters listed, because the guide certainly isn't bad, I just feel like there need to be some changes.

Personally I really like Madreds just for the extra clear speed Maokai needs so badly, however, I will not make a huge point of this because this is just a matter of preference.
Maokai doesn't really put ap/magic pen to any good use, I recommend mixed defense quints and attack speed marks (works great with machete for more clear speed)
I think flask is not really worth the buy, even though it theoretically is already worth it from 10+ potions, it does slow your core build less than buying a potion or two occasionally. I think the same goes for sightstone.
I prefer going 9x scaling instead of mixed glyphs, since you will generally not go into large fights before level 7 or so, which is the point that they scale past flat glyphs.
Don't forget to add masteries in cheat-sheet.
I recommend getting improved smite masteries, also getting Unyielding and Block - Tenacity is not good on a champion whose primarily focus is tanking and not really damage. Also, you put 9 points into utility without taking extended buff duration as a jungler... :(
You mention to throw sapling first, but please don't forget to mention you should primarily use it to scout bushes while ganking!
Also don't forget to mention the bulwark upgrade.
Health is the current meta, but you barely build any.
I disagree with abyssal because again, I think you barely benefit from the AP and better just get more tanky.

My final point is that you should really get a bit more in-depth, because it is not really that good of a read now. The guide itself is more of an extended cheat-sheet, which I, sadly enough, largely disagree with.

It is very dangerous to upload an unfinished guide.

But this covers 90% of the basics... which is more than a lot of finished guides :O

I would build aegis right away after spirit stone and mobo boots, leave the upgraded spirit thing until really late game and just get other tank items like warmogs, frozen, sunfire etc.
