With this build u can almost get away from anything when u acitvate the ulti, exept stun, taunt, cage, and suppres. But the enemys can't get away from u with that frozen mallet and high speed. U may start the trinity force however fits u but after u bought either zeal, phage or sheen u should buy boots of swiftness just so u don't die off being slow.
