It most easy on bot and toplane at early bcs you can use your sight at your jgl site to see placed wards. Try to go to any of these lanes if your enemy is low so you only have to q and smite him. If the opponent isnt low and you need to gank for help, then try to ult and q. If it didnt worked good than try to escape with your ghost.

If your game worked good and your first items are build you can try to make ganks without low enemies."even under towers if you build your lifesteal items". If you checked if there are wards on any lanes or not and you decided to go in you just have to q your enemy and if he is low dont forget to activate your ult to almost reset your cooldown. If you are low under the tower activate ghost and attack minions too to regenerate your live.
