MASTER YI IS A BEAST IF PLAYED RIGHT!

At first at a low lvl I was like Master Yi sucks, I did not know how to play LOL at the time though. I did not know how to properly use my skills and above all I did not know the correct time to use my skills. That is the key point there I did not know how to use my skills. But Master Yi is a beast and an amazing jungler if played right. By lvl 7 or 8 with this build he can take the red and blue buff by only using Alpha strike on the big one and life stealing as he takes the buff holder down. Used correctly I feel this build is a great option for Yi and can crush. this build guide is not a walkthrough for beginners, it is for anyone looking for a jungle build for Yi (if you are trying to jungle as a beginner do your self a favor quit playing LOL). I am not going to explain why the different masteries because the mastery set is pretty commonly accepted. This is for people who know how to play and lane with Yi that want to start off jungling.

Runes always a fun section:
This is a great rune for a jungle Yi with life steal any increase in attack speed with Yi Is a must.
You are a jungler so armor is always important!!!!!
No explanation needed here you always need a little magic resist. ;)
MORE ATTACK SPEED!!!!!! YES PLEASE!

Okay Masteries!

Now first off I always max my Wuju Style first the attack damage boost is always good once this is maxed with the proper gear Yi can crush and slaughter. Second and I can not stress this enough max meditate last. Your life steal items will give you the health you need to survive, Meditate will not be needed till end game in this build the life steal items will keep you alive. I think the rest of the mastery info is pretty self explanatory Alpha Strike of course max second.

Smite: For smiting mobs early game

Ghost: To get somewhere if you need to quickly

I always get this first cause it is cheap helps with early jungling and ganking. Plus the ward is a great tool for junglers and this baby has one built in. :)

Here you get more attack speed and more life steal for me that is win win!

Yi is a beast with this and his attack speed. Mid and late game is all about boosting your damage with Yi so why not do it correctly with a little critical strike as well. :)

Even more damage with even more LIFESTEAL! Am I serious yes people I am crazy serious there is nothing like taking out 3 in a row because your life steal is so high and your damage is insane. They will complain tell them to stop hating!

I put a second one here because your final item in the game is very much dependent on how the game has gone and who you are facing. This one you can mess with yourself. :)

1: Buy cloth armor and 2 health potions.
2: Run down to the Golems and get ready to strike! also keep an eye out for any MIA on the other team.
3: Cast Alpha Strike and smite Golem with the lowest health finish off the other Golem using health pot if needed.
4: move to wraiths.
5: Alpha strike blue wraith and cast wuju style (you should have lvled after the golems if you maxed awarness) finish off wraith and small wraiths.
6: here you can recall if you have used all your pots, i usually have one left. Run up to the dogs Alpha strike the big one and smite him if needed and finish off the other two.
7: Recall back and buy "Long Sword" remember you are going for the lantern.
8: Run up your lane to help your laning partner he might need to recall!!!! if you need to get there fast you have the goast ability use it.
9: follow steps 1-8 again the mobs should resummon by now sometimes you have to wait 30 sec. while that is happening help you lane.
10: After second mob run recall finish lantern and go red buff and then blue.
11: GANKING TIME!

With this build Master Yi should jungle no problem, just remember while you are going through the mob sequence to keep an eye on the Golem lane (the lane that is 2v1) if they need help you have ghost and you need to get there quick. Also remember just because you are MIA alot you need to keep an eye on your chat and the 2v1 lane. Remember if there is another MIA for the other team you have a ward with your lantern, place that at the blue buff on the enemy side to keep an eye on it. If you see the other jungler trying for the blue buff gank him. A good jungler is like a ninja, you disappear for a while then come out of nowhere when the enemy is least expecting it and help gank. Remember also a good team also will inform the rest of there team you are MIA this means people will be watching the back doors and placing wards so be smart.

Always keep an eye on the 2v1 lane (this is the lane you would occupy if you where not jungling). A smart jungler knows when to run up and help or allow there teammate to recall. Always be in communication and always run out of the jungle when possible to help in a fight. Since you are MIA it is harder for the enemy team to keep tabs on your location this means you have the element of surprise mix that with your attack speed, lifesteal, and wuju/highlander skills and buffs and you will be a force to be reckoned with. I have found in matches at lvl 6 when I have my ulti mid is the best first gank spot, when you jump out it is instantly 2v1 you got your wuju/highlander and hopefully your ally has an exhaust or stun ability this means easy gank or assist.
