Introduction - Why Master Yi?
Welcome to my Build and Strategy Guide!
To begin with, be aware that this Guide isn't just for newbies. I wanted to share my knowledge with you.
Many players think that yi is a noob Champion, just because he is cheap. That's not true. He can be one of the most OP Champs, if you play correctly, of course. He is a Late-Game Beast. Recommended for PvP Games and IP and EXP Farm (LvLing up quickly).
Keeper of the ancient art of Wuju, Master Yi is a mystical warrior from the isle of Ionia. He descended from one of the few tribes dedicated to the preservation of Wuju, a martial art founded with the principles of absolute spiritual awareness of one's self and one's enemy. When the armies of Noxus invaded Ionia, Master Yi joined in the Ionian defense to fight the craven enemy, bringing his village honor through his unparalleled mastery of the blade. The ensuing battles ravaged the land, but no conflict inflicted as much horror as the day the armies of Noxus closed in on Yi's village. Left undefended, the village became the unfortunate test subject of the latest invention by an up-and-coming chemist, now known as Singed. The remains of the village that Master Yi returned to were so horrific that it remains a festering scar on Ionian history. To this day, no Ionian will ever publicly speak of what occurred.
After the Noxian invasion was contained, Master Yi fell into a deep isolation. For years, he trained morning to night, speaking to no one and refusing offers of consolation by fellow Ionians. The only thing stopping him from madly charging into Noxus battle lines headfirst was his pledge to keep the Wuju style alive. Even though he seethed with impatience, his rage became a tool for sharpening his practice of Wuju, developing stronger and deadlier skills for his eventual vengeance. The only thing that roused him was news of the League's formation, and Noxus's subsequent enrollment in the League. Master Yi now brings his mastery of the blade to the League of Legends with unflinching purpose: to avenge his kinfolk and end the predations of the Noxus once and for all.

Pros:
•He is fast and you can escape easily.
•Cooldowns reset if you kill an enemy with Highlander (Ultimate Ability).
•He is good at surprising Enemies and killing them before they can even react.
•You can peform a Double,Triple and even a Quadrakill with Alpha Strike, if your Team helps (Don't score it by Kill stealing, play nice ^^).
•You can confuse an enemy (See: Tactics and Strategies).
•His passive is useful, especially when your Target tries to escape with low Health (Double Strike).
•Great pusher and Tower Destroyer
Cons:
•In early Game you need a lot of Help.
•Vs. a Tank or a Champ with Tons of Health (Garen,Volibear,Malphite), you need Support.
•Vulnerable to disables and debuffs like blind, slow, stun etc.
•Low HP

•When you get used to Yi, you will be able to recognize an enemy Yi's skills and Trick them out (See: Tips)
•If an opponent chases you, there are many ways to escape successfully.
1. If you are near a friendly Turret, walk around it. You can also use Meditate that increases your Defense. The enemy will obviously stop chasing. If he continues, you'll get an easy kill.
2. Use Alpha Strike on a minion that is far away. It will confuse the enemy and you will get away, too.
3. Run into ambushes. You can try changing direction if the opponent is dumb enough. You still need to be careful.

•The enemy has very low HP and is standing near his Turret. You're in early Game, so you haven't got enough Health to approach him.
Use Alpha Strike on a Minion that is as close to him as possible. You'll hit him too.
•Your target is running away.
If you're above Level six, use Highlander. If not, use Exhaust or Alpha Strike if not ready.
•The Game begins. Where to go?
Avoid Mid. I know, you gain faster LvLs, but you don't have support. Also: You don't need to be in the same ambush as your Teammate. It's better to be in different ones to trap the opponents.
Tips:
•When in ambush, use Alpha Strike to confuse an enemy that sees you.
•When escaping, walk into friendly minions.
•Don't be selfish. Help a Teammate, and he will help you later, too. If he kill steals once, it isn't that bad. It can happen. But if he does that often, just report him, don't argue.
•Hit minions until you can double strike before surprising an enemy.

I started with Alpha Strike because you can kill Multiple Minions ( + EXP + Gold ), LvL up faster and push.
Alpha Strike [Q]
You leap across the battlefield with blinding speed, dealing magic damage to multiple units in your path with a chance to deal bonus magic damage to minions. Perfect for Farming and Multi-Killing.
Meditate [W]
Master Yi rejuvinates his body by focus of mind, restoring health and increasing his armor and magic resistance for a short time.
Wuju Style [E]
Master Yi becomes skilled in the art of Wuju, passively increasing the power of his physical attacks. Activating Wuju Style doubles the passive bonus damage for a short time, but the passive bonus is temporarily removed after the effect wears off. Combinate with Highlander and Alpha Strike for a sure kill.
Highlander [R]
Master Yi moves with unparalleled agility, temporarily increasing Master Yi's movement and attack speeds as well as making him immune to all slowing effects. Additionally, killing a Champion refreshes all of Master Yi's cooldowns. Use it wisely to reset cooldowns.

The Runes and Masteries above are just the ones that I always choose. You can pick every rune that increases Damage and Attack speed and every Mastery that fortifies something that you (personally) don't get easily (For example, if you aren't good at Farming = you add Gold and EXP Masteries.)
You should prefer Items that give you a High Amount of Atk. Damage or Speed.
Start with Doran's Blade (Damage). Then Boots of Speed (Movement Speed) , Berserker's Greaves (Movement Speed) , Cloak of Agility (Critical Strike), Pickaxe (Damage), Infinity Edge (Damage), Zeal (Attack Speed), Phantom Dancer (Attack Speed), Sell Doran's Blade, Vampiric Scepter (Life Steal), Blood Thirster (Life Steal), Again Infinity Edge and Phantom Dancer.
Then you have:
[Berserker's Greaves, Infinity Edge x2, Phantom Dancer x2 and Blood Thirster.]

I pick Heal + Exhaust because Yi has no way to stun or Slow down an opponent and you'll need Heal at the beggining to stay longer in Early Game.
I recommend them strongly. But if you want to earn many kills you can pick Ghost instead of Heal. Note: It's a bit Risky, because you may overfeed the enemy team in early Game.
