Your main goal for early is just farming. You can gank if you are sure you will trade good or get a kill. After finished your jungle item, IE and Phantom Dance you can start shred with Bloodthurster you are unstoppable. So just go for objectives and farm in early take drake with lvl 8 solo or push lanes. I woudlnt counter jungle cause Yi cant kill many Jungler in early in the current meta so just stay in your jungle and farm farm farm. Try to focus in late then you should win your game
