All I have to say here is:

Have a good reflex. Using your Q ability is important as an evasive skill, when you use your Q, you are invulnerable and you can evade stuns, snares, any kind of cc. Also never start a fight with a Q, always use ghost or ultimate first, get to him, wait for any kind of cc, evade or wait for him to waste his flash, use your Q to get to him again.

Agaisnt most of the top enemies, you can literally just start attacking him, wait, if he's near 50% his health, activate your E, then bam, an incredible amount of true damage starts melting your enemy whose face will go like pikachu's surprised face. It's really good if you do this at level 2 where you have both E and Q skills. Because if he flashes after that insane true damage on your auto-attacks you can use Q to follow up and not only that, but a lot of top enemies have annoying ccs (stuns snares etc), so wait for Q so you can evade that kind of stuff.
You can mostly kill EVERYONE with this strategy.
