On Volibear, it is essential to run spirit visage first, no matter who you are against. This makes passive op and you unkillable. Second item needs to be blade of the ruined king. Gives Volibear ad and makes him unbearable llolololololol. Next, you must get stinger. it gives voli the attack speed necessary to win the game. After stinger, you shall build dead mans plate. It makes voli not your average bear and makes him faster. Armor is also good. Warmogs next. Warmogs gives health. Stacking health is very good and wins games. Lastly you get the rabadons hat. Volis ult scales off ap so it must be good.
