The idea behind this build is to max e and then hop off your ADC mid combat to help them DPS but don't hop off if they are being damaged as they will lose healing from your W, and make sure to shield them before hoping off. I thought of it as a suicide build but you are too likely to die as well and lose Mejai stacks. The idea behind navori is to help you spam shields which give you attack speed and defense. Lord Dominik's seems troll but is actually kind of genius since Yuumi has the lowest health in the game, she gets the full damage benefits. But the main idea behind this build is Nashor's + either Kraken or Statikk.
