The one thing to you need to know to beat Ori 10/10 times is your Q hits her before her shield can reach her or proc.
Pantheon
When Pant jumps you can E his stun to where he can't close the gap on you so you get the stun and damage out. "easily beatable"
Annie
Take note of her reset Q. Always keep track of her Stun stacks and try to bait the stun on minions. when she ults you can grab Tibbers as soon as she Drops ult press W so he can't auto you. who ever gets the stun first in lane wins the trades.
Akali
Easily Beatable. She can't ult you because you and Q+E her and stop her ult. She can't react and you can get full combo off. During lane phase you can W her and 9/10 times hit her with Q while she's in shroud.
LeBlanc
10/10 winnable. when she Dashes to you Syndra can Q+E her to negate all damage then W+R and nearly one burst if not completely one burst.
Lux
Lux is not that easy but it's winnable. Bait her Shield by Constantly Harassing her and timing the stun time. If you can't it's best to Use Everything and have a jungler help.
Azir
This dude is an ASS. You need to get minions to harass him and slowly poke him with Q. If successful and you get at least 2 Q's on the field you can one burst him. The more you play him the easier it gets.

Ahri
Have strong lane mechanics to avoid Taking unnecessary poke. Try to get poke down and predict where she's going to go when she ults Make sure you have your ballz out and try to get in your minions to out trade her.
Kassadin
Keep constant damage on kassadin He'll start flash 3 health pots so try to get as many autos as you can. It might seem like you're not doing anything but you actually are burning his pots. Always have your E up unless you know 100% you have lethal.
Ziggs
A more relaxed lane for Syndra. Be able to avoid his Q's and you'll always be able to out damage and sustain more than he. Careful for jungle ganks because he most likely camp for a ziggs.
Talon
He can out Damage you at all point of the game so try and keep your lane pushed to your tower makes it hard for him to poke and harder for him to farm. Most talkons you'll play against will take unnecessary poke damage. level 6 you can't all in him unless you land 2 or more Q's on him. even if you use your ult to get damage on him knowing you can't kill him you still gain stronger lane presence and he'll think twice before initiating onto you.
Xerath
Easy to stop his ult with stun but he relies a lot on jungler presence to try and snowball. Try and avoid his Q as always and try to Q in response because he takes a second to recover after every skill. consider it a .25sec stun.
Cassiopeia
Her Q is as far as your Q so try and bait hers first. When she steps up you Q her it's all about prediction. If you are confident in stuns you'll be able to beat her more sufficiently and with ease. If not try to harass with W and when you walk in to Q her fake the Q to bring her in and harass her more you'll even be able to one burst her.
Ezreal
Ad Ezreal isn't to hard to lane against level 3 Q is a large chunk of his health and level 6 you can all him no problem He may stay far behind his minions but be sure to get the stun off before he has the chance to do anything. If you see him Essence flux in his Jungler 9/10 times is their.
Since Syndras nerf you need Max CD for the lack of dfg you'll need the increased cool down for the increased "Q" Balls for the aditional Ultimate Damage. She seems weak but you need to play her more passive and utilize your ult for more cc and zone potential. SUCH AS press R then Use Scatter of the weak "E" for a large range stun it'll give your team time to react and stun a majority of the enemy team. You can still use it for assassination potential.
