Elise is an AP / Jungle champion, but I wanted to try something new ... an AD Elise!I think it's very funny to play as an AD Elise and that's why I want to help you understand that it's not trolling! It's just hard to understand that mage can be an AD, i know... but please try it first and then vote. :)

OFFENSE RUNES :
Greater Mark of Attack Damage and Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage are both very good early game when you start with Dagger because this item only give you attack speed.DEFENSE RUNES :
Greater Seal of Armor allows you to harras your AD enemy early game. Greater Glyph of Magic Resist help you only in teamfights because on top and bot line are only AD champions or OFF-TANKS.OTHER POSSIBLE RUNES :

This is my standard AD
Elise build which giving you all what you need. If you complitly follow my guide at 18 level you will take 350+ attack damage and you could take baron solo very easy even if you fed or not. I recommend to start with Dagger and 2 Health Potions becouse it's giving you an attack speed boost and some utility. Next items I recommend are Boots and Zeal (when you take some gold upgrade them into Berserker's Greaves and Phantom Dancer). When you already got those items take Blade of the Ruined King and Bloodthirster for some bonus life steal and more attack damage. At the end of the game go Youmuu's Ghostblade and Infinity Edge for some critical damage which are great with your big damage.

I decided to max
Volatile Spiderling / Skittering Frenzy at first because in Human Form it's nice to harras and in Spider Form it's giving you attack speed + 4 health heal on one autoattack. Next skill I recommend to max is Neurotoxin / Venomous Bite. In Human Form Neurotoxin is useless but in Spider Form Venomous Bite is good to gank and last hit minions. The last skill you should've max is your Cocoon / Rappel because maxing it just reduce Rappels cooldown. Of course max your Spider Form / Human Form whenever you can.
Pros / Cons
+ Can be ADC in
Human Form or AD melee in Spider Form.+ Easy to farm with
Skittering Frenzy.+ When
Elise finally take feed she will kill a person by 5 or 6 autoattacks.CONS
- Very hard early game.
- Need to be supported.
- Need to farm.
