your build for mf its good I like it
but I would put chalice of harmony for mana reg cuz mf lose very fast mana
but I agree with amazing lol for mastery

Well I find I don't need mana enough to get a chalice but sure if you're doing good and have enough money you can but I wouldn't recommend it.

All those elixirs are a waste of gold, same goes for Guardian Angel... you have absolutely no resistance, so why would you resurrect when you will die almost instantly again? She doesn't have any escape mechanism except for summoner spells, but as any normal human you will waste them before you get killed the first time, so that you don't have to load Guardian Angel again...
Your masteries are OK but... why did you go for Brute Force and Offensive Mastery when you can get maxed Sorcery and spend a point to have Magic Penetration? Your ultimate will do a lot more damage that way, and I sincerely don't think this build deserves offensive masteries... look at your item build. You should go for Utility or Defensive masteries with a Guardian Angel, so that you don't waste it.
Your runes are fine, but it think you shouldn't make an hybrid build, but rather a pure build.
The elixirs are not a waste. They have made such a huge impact in team fights its ridiculous. The ga. well Yeah I could understand why it useless but I almost never get to making it anyway. I have found it helpful. But with the masteries I rather hurt more and I dont go for magic pen or sorcery because I play her like I do any other carry and focus on right clicking. The ultimate is just for epic crowd control. And I didnt try to make a hybrid build? I went straight ad/as. The offensive masteries is enough to deal out extreme damage and make it out of any conflict.
