I dunno about this guide. It's full of opinions and some things just aren't right.
"Play a game before you vote" Not necessarily, if I see a Mundo build with 3 Warmogs I think I know it's not good. There are some guides you can tell are bad by looking at them.
"The down-vote is such an overused tool" Wrong. Since the new feature was realeased everyone has been mindlessly up-voting and if you do downvote you get "revenge" down-voted.
"Examples of bad comments" No. You are forcing them to comment, you can't expect an essay every time they don't like a build. A vote is an opinion and I applaud the people who don't succumb to peer-pressure and threats of abuse etc.
I respectfully acknowledge your points and will answer and further questions you have and will continue the discussion on the new thread. But isnt it interesting that though you dont agree atleast this got you thinking about proper rating and the whole rating system? Thats really all i wanted was to keep people conscious of what it means to be a member. Thanks for the comment

copy and paste it into the general forums, and ask Jebus or DEWO to sticky it, they prolly would.
One thing, however; trolls will be trolls, and you cannot stop them. I like your reasons why you shouldn't just DV, but that is exactly what a lot of people do. Don't expect to stop that.

Hehe not at all, i meant to say that atleast have a creative discussion with the author so that if the build should deserve a downn vote atleast there was a discussion before hand so that the author had a chance to clarify the purpose of their build. =)
