Hi guys, I've been playing since Season 1 with an enormous focus on Kayle. At this point I know her like the back of my hand, backed by overwhelming trials of theorycrafting builds and strategies over 4 years. I understand that many folks will not take this seriously, and that's ok! Every time Kayle has appeared on a pro spotlight, she's been nerfed, so I'm fine keeping her as a sleeper. :)

With Kayle's last nerfs, her attack speed was slightly decreased but her role as a carry or jungle is still super effective. Kayle excels with an aggressive support with CC and gapclosers more than sustain supports like Sona.

Kayle is a versatile champion that can be played in virtually all roles, she's not purely AP or fit for a specific niche, which is what I love about her. Many have initial concerns about her CDR, but with runes and cdr boots this isn't an issue. Furthermore, the notion to have her range up at all times is a fear to be dissuaded. Like all champions, abilities are situational, and you will get the hang of when to activate Righteous Fury or let it chill. If you are absolutely concerned about CDR, Boots of Lucidity and Reaver should be enough to set aside your concerns, otherwise, play her as normal. It's not as big a problem.
