You better hope this isn't the support. Her wall and stun can prevent you from engaging with Q, and fighting in her ult can be kinda annoying. It is still winnable though.
Aphelios
Every time you land an E stun, it gives your Aphelios time to land his abilities. Things such as landing his root orb from the weapon that shoots the balls, which he can activate to restun the enemy. You can follow up with Q afterwards too. He can also set up his turret ability while the enemy is stunned too, or use his rapid chakram throwing ability while they are stunned too.

Champion Build Guide
Sejuani really benefits as a support because they have an undodgable stun, a knockup that can also be used to escape, an ult that is also a stun, and a good amount of passive defenses. SSSSS's stun is interesting in that, as long as you have mana, you can use it on multiple opponents at once, there is a cooldown per target however so that you can't stunlock someone by yourself.
This is my first guide so I did the best I could to explain certain things.
