With this build you'll smash champs since level one.

So you can have from the beginning health regen and a potion just in case something happens.
Next to buy should be boots and Warmog:

This will give you a lot of health to use in your skills.
Now we should finish our boots and get AP, for this we'll buy Hextech and Will of the Ancients:

We'll have AP to keep killing and spell vamp to keep us alive.
As we'd die we'll need some def against our enemy team, for sure they'll have an AD and an AP champs, for this, we'll buy Thornmail and Abbysal Scepter.

We'll be able to survive more and have AP to kill champs.
And at the end to finish our build, we'll take more health and more ap with Rylai.
