Still a great guide but outdated. Definitely needs some new updates for S3!
As i told Ronyk I just don't have the internet at the moment. UPDATE INCOMING!!!
I main Xerath as mid, and I've been having troubles against Mordekaisers. (mostly, I cannot accurately judge how much shield he's got. I know his cooldowns are shorter than mine, so I'm afraid to poke.) I noticed Xerath was not in your matchups. Do you think you'll add Xerath as a match up in your guide?
I do. I have no internet over breaks due to my parents ancient methods. Also, I have been focusing on top lane lately so I haven't been as active on morde. I'll be playing more after I come back from break. Xerath I would think is a loss against morde. Your range doesn't make up for mordes farm and shield so I would recommend magic pen and early movement to keep out of mordes range.
I myself use 9-21-0 masteries (I followed the old TheUn4givenRage build before he stopped updating), although I think I'll consider using 21-9-0 and see how it goes!
One thing that TheUn4givenRage's guide had that you kinda lack are counters to Mord's ult from what I can tell (I don't know, maybe I missed it by accident :P). Things like GA, Zilean's ult, spell shields (you do mention this), and QSS can negate Mord's ult entirely. Also, Karthus'passive (although nobody should be getting Karthus in a teamfight) and Yorick's ult can delay Mord's ghost as well (or at least I think it does). Also, I believe FoN is being removed Season 3.
I think S3 Spirit Visage and the new Liandry's Torment might be useful for Mord, although I don't know much about S3. Finally, the new S3 defensive masteries have more anti-CC, which is good especially since Mord is hurt by CC more than most other champs.

Been playing Morde as a tank since he came out. I switched him to full ap mid instead of tank top, getting good results. Great guide and build.

I think you should also include the fact that Quicksilver Sash can cleanse Mordekaiser's ultimate. While the summoner spell Cleanse and GP's Remove Scurvy don't remove it.
