Its probally too defensive for your taste, Also if you looking for a more bursty hero with a shackle honestly ryze maybe someone u wanna try out.

Build lacks any description and was just originally made for me to get a good idea for masteries/runes/items.
I have come to like soulstealer 'cause with good teamates I can usually do 10-15+ kills and 0-5 deaths per 25 minute match with Karthus. Thanks for your comment though =D

Do not get the 2nd RoA simply :) its way too late. If you want some survivability get Rylai.
And faster farming hmm 1 champ kill = 300g and slowing him down. And imho its realy easy to get champ kills on double lane with morgana if your laning partner has some brain :)
Getting 2nd RoA so late will not be beneficial imho, get that ring faster.
Also, why do you prefer maxing soil before binding?
As for soulstealer, I don't especially like it because theres always a chance of getting gang banged and losing what, like 6 charges if its maxed. I prefer having something that provides bonuses regardless of how well you do. But that's just me, and this is just a first attempt at a build
