Oh My God I just can't not reply to this, my poor main Morgana!

First, you have 9 Greater Seal of Armor. Are you expecting to encounter an AD champ before level 10?! "Yes: the Jungler" you would say? Just for your information, his items doesn't give damage before his lvl 10, his primary use is for his cc AND the little more damage he can deal. Logically, if you plan to counter some damage, having some MR would be the best. But that's not even the point, not to say that you don't have any Armor, Zhonya's Hourglass gives some, so it's useless.

Second, you take Heal for your summoner spell... A good turning point in a fight that gives you the little health you were missing to stay alive while the other champion is in cooldown, but quite useless since you are already building at least a bit tanky with Rod of Ages, and you have too much cooldown: you can't wait to cast your skills again, Heal would only save you. "What, you let yourself die if I understand?" you answer? I don't let the other champion poke me too much, I avoid cc with my shield if needed and I don't even plan to die, so I don't need Heal. I normally plan for a kill, not to avoid an unexistant/delaying death, so I get Ignite instead. The champion that mostly counters me are the one's that are able to break my shield and stop me (like Ryze mid and Fiddlesticks jungler, which I'll use them as examples again later), or burst me enough with AD damage ( Xin Zhao jungle and Talon mid)

Third, Morgana is quite known for her Black Shield > Flash > Soul Shackles > Zhonya's Hourglass (if needed) > Tormented Shadow > Dark Binding awesome combo that the ult firstly get almost the full team and, the second hit, at least 1 champ. You have no cooldown reduction on Flash, so you have the full 5 min cooldown on it (minus 12 sec for your lonely point in Mastermind mastery), which means you are NOT initiating (or scarcely) team fights, and once a fight begins, you should WALK your way to ult, everyone sees you coming... nope. For your information, I achieve 3 min of cooldown in my build: I flash... more frequently (as I'm crying for its longer cooldown since the patch of season 3).

Fourth, in your Masteries, you prefer 2 AP (from Mental Force ) instead of 5% more damage (from Executioner , and on champions with less than 50% hp, we know it all)?! For your information, with your full burst of 2000 damage (around level 15, she can really do that amount of damage WITH AT LEAST a few items of course), or your increase for about 15 points of damage (AP almost always scales about less than 1 point of damage for 1 AP), or you increase your damage of 100 points (let's say the half, 50 points, because of the "less than 50% health"). Easy choice.

Fifth, you take 5 Greater Glyph of Scaling Mana. It gives a lot of Mana, it's quite much I agree, BUT WHY? Her basic 1300 Mana + Rod of Ages's 450 equals around 1800 Mana, you don't even buid Chalice of Harmony, why more Mana? I am missing Mana so I put Mana Regen, and in my Seals, not Glyphs where I'd rather put Scaling AP Runes, why even more Max Mana? Ryze scales his damage over his Max Mana, not Morgana! Those runes would give you the possibility to cast 2 more spells, where my build allows me to cast more spells than that, A LOT MORE in the laning phase.

Sixth, you take 4 Greater Mark of Scaling Ability Power instead of more Magic Penetration... Dude, the MPen has been nerfed a bit since the patch of the season 3, it is because it's OP! My full Magic Penetration's build allows me to do more than 100% damage on every champion until he gets over 66 Magic Resist. With your amount of MPen, even on the AD Carry that must have around 70 MR (think that someone in their team should have builded Aegis of the Legion and she must have some Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist), you're dealing him 72% damage (more with Haunting Guise that you normally don't even have time to build)!

Seventh, Black Shield, following your guide, receives its first point at your level 13... You ARE dying at the second gank max (if you Flash in the first one)! Versus Ryze mid and Fiddlesticks jungle, or you're feeding, or you have 40 cs at 20min.

Eighth, you build, first, Deathfire Grasp on Morgana, and, second, that late?! She's a very good Area of Effect champion, and yet you build this item... I would say good in laning phase > you WOULD have some kills which shuts a mid and increases a bit your late game, but that's not the case, and we're not forgetting the fact that you have few MPen AND if you fail your Dark Binding, you just wasted your Active! "No, i use it when i successfully land my bind" you would answer? The new use of Deathfire Grasp is that it increases your following Magic Damage on him by 20%, which doesn't help your Dark Binding "already landed", not that much on your following Tormented Shadow spell which already decreases the other champ's MR, Soul Shackles remains, and that is if you're NOT ganked... Fail.

Nineth, Morgana is well known for her farming-machine-skill with her Tormented Shadow AND her passive that gives you 20% Spell Vamp, which means very good sustain, yet this skill receives in your suggested build its 3rd point at level 8... If your a pro-farmer, where I take back everything I said, have you ever heard of cs? My Morgana stays in lane all day (yes I barely happen to roam), my goal is 200 cs at 20 min and I admit I mostly do about 150. Nevertheless, in my normal games, I recall with more than 4000 gold, it sometimes includes 1 or 2 kill because the jungler thought I was dying in my intentional overextend. "My build suggests the death of the other champ more frequently than yours" you would answer? First, you would have surely less cs, and for your information, 1 kill equals around 12 minions (I agree, not the first blood, let your adc the chance to get it), and in 20 min, you WON'T have over 8 kills in your lane, AND killing sprees gives you less money the more kills you have, and second, I explain it in my next point...

Tenth, you suggest to build Enchantment: Homeguard, yet I said I stay in lane all day to farm and try to never recall... Can I ask you how many times you recall in a game?! When we prevail and end the game in less than 30 min, i should have recalled less than 3 times, you must have recalled at least 2 times my amount of recalls! If you don't agree, watch more League of Legends's Championship, the champions most commonly have lotsa cs and few kills. [ CS > Kills ]... late game, [ Kills > CS ] xD

Finally, you say "There are some champions that can really bug you like Annie for example, you kill all the minions and you get her to half health"... ARE YOU SERIOUS? First, HOW can you even get her to HALF HEALTH?! Just so you know, you max your Dark Binding, and a smart Annie will stay by the side of his minions, poke you all day because her basic attack's range is op, and stun you the second you're in her range. Equals, you shouldn't be able do land your Dark Binding, and she's not loosing any HP. Second, how can you even clear all the minions without your Tormented Shadow AND versus an Annie?!

"Nope, he will stun you before" you answer? That's the utility of your Black Shield that avoids the stun! It's your problem to not put any points in it.
"but she uses her stun and flashes away" That's her suiciding-half-health-Annie-urgent-escape-mode-engaged that comes in and a good Morgana with Black Shield doesn't care of the stun, you must have landed around 2 hit with your Tormented Shadow while she was snared and the Ignite plus an eventual basic attack should do the job...
"if you tower dive you will probably get hit by 1-2 turrets depending on your urge to kill her" You just used your Dark Binding (so it's in cooldown logically), she has let's say 200 HP remaining, how do you even plan to kill her, under a turret, WITHOUT Black Shield...?! She stuns you in lane, Flash ot and get away, OR you go under her tower, she stuns you under it, you die and feed, GG.
"however sometimes you might fail and try to go back" Nooooo! Your Morgana for god's sake! You kill that stupid Annie and stay in lane (more safely because you are logically missing HP and you wait the jungler's arrival) to farm and sustain yourself enough to DON'T recall and continue your farming. "Do this and Maokai would just have to stun you to death" you answer? That's where I laugh because I walk toward my tower but keep a certain distance to let him be greedy, cast his leap toward me so I can Flash under my tower (after he started to cast his leap) so I bind him under my tower and have an easy kill > IT'S A JUNGLER, he has NO damage! It's just enough to kill you, but it's not the case as you shield the few magic damage he has, snare him and land the spells you need to, vamp enough damage to go away with let's say 70 HP and carry that **** as the tower finishes the jungler!

Tired, wish you good luck with that build, going back to LoL supporting drafts -.-

Fury and Destruction ? Its not a good choose for Morgana guy, u must replace that to take Runic Affinity and Havoc . And give a look on your item sequence. Try to take Zhonya's Hourglass early its the most important bluid item and do not fear to take Rabadon's Deathcap latter, its give only AP and u need to take somethings before. It is good to be done as a third item as well. Try to take a point on Black Shield before it give u spell imunity and it is VERY VERY useful.

Please note that you cannot tell us which runes to use if you don't even own them...

This guide is unfinished. The sections should explain why you take which runes, masteries etc. Instead you talk about some weird stuff.

Greater Mark of Scaling AP are terrible options. Use full magic pen, they are more efficient.

Greater Glyph of Scaling Mana is he same thing. Go AP per level or MR but nothing like that.

Greater Seal of Armor are pretty useless vs an AP mid. Use mana regen per level, health or something similar to make better use of them

You should always max one skill by level 9, in this case your W for farming purposes.

I don't know how u skill your ult at 15, just saying its impossible.

If you take points in the mastery tree, always take Runic Affinity . I know at your level there are still duo lanes and you don't get buffs but when it gets serious you will have them.

The images are way too big. It's nice to have some coding but don't implement something that makes reading more difficult than necessary.
