The second build you have provided is exactly what we suggested in term of skill order. I am still a bigger fan on Zhonyas than Archangels. But that is very much a personal play style choice (I tend to get stuck in there). I still think the MP5 for the yellow glyphs would be far more beneficial when compared to only 5 AP gained (a benefit which falls off VERY quickly). :)

Thank you both for the suggestions, i'll take a look into them, early on when i started playing Morgana i used alot of build that used Rod of Ages, i wasn't very good with her until i started building alot of spell vamp, and when i do play her now a days i almost always rely on the build i have posted, i don't find the mana to be a problem at all, although early game you guys are correct that you have to be sparing with it.

I'll take a look into making a few changes, and also if someone could tell me how to put the little images such as you lifebaka did with all the skills and item suggestions, it would be great. I look at this guide and i find it to be awfully bare for that reason alone.

Thank you again

I'm not sure why you take Rylai's at all on Morg. Rod of Ages gives more HP, also gives mana, and the same amount of AP, for cheaper, plus Morg doesn't care about Rylai's passive.

As Almasa suggests, you should really be maxing Tormented Shadow first; it's your main damage dealer for most of the game, and leveling Dark Binding barely increases the duration of the snare (.25 seconds per level). You'll also want a point in Black Shield no later than level 4, since you're likely to be laning against another AP character mid, and by that point you can count on seeing the jungler come to gank some time (especially if you're doing well).

I'd really suggest against building the Hextech Gunblade, since Morg doesn't need its active, doesn't need the attack damage, and doesn't need the life steal. The AP and spell vamp it gives can be itemized for better with other items, such as asking your support to also pick up a Will of the Ancients for double auras. You'd be better off with something a bit cheaper for the AP, like Morello's Evil Tome.

As Almasan also mentioned, I think this build is going to have severe mana problems. I'm currently playing Morg with MP5 seals, and starting with a Doran's Ring for more MP5, and it's still easy for me to run out of mana if I play too aggressively, and throw out too many Dark Bindings.

While you have clearly put a lot of work and time into this, and the item set is good. Your skill choices are simply horrible. Your build is very VERY expensive, to gain it you would have to farm "like a boss". For this reason I would ALWAYS recommend maxing out tormented soil first. This is doubly true as dark binding is very mana intensive, this is especially a problem since you have taken potency yellows rather than mp5 (I assume you have done this to try for a dominant early game, but this is entirely dependent on the mistakes you can get your opponent to make, which in higher ELO's are very few indeed). If you were to take into account a reasonable level of skill on the part of your opponent you will probably only land 2 out of 3 dark bindings and you will be out of mana by the 4th or 5th cast depending on how aggressive you are playing (and considering her advantages against other AP's and her ability to escape ganks you really REALLY should be playing aggressively to free yourself up to roam and gank lanes).
Other than those niggling problems I would highly recommend your item order (particularly the hourglass as you do tend to get focused when you walk in with your ult). So good job. :)
