Hello, I'm a person that like to experiment new ways to play some champs and I recently saw that tank teemo actually work :) as I explain to the next chapters

I chose this runes 'cause it gives you some initiate damage and tankiness but I always be openminded for advices.

So....the masteries, I chose the Strength of The Ages for the extra tankiness and and some points to ferocity for the extra damage that I think is important even as a tank.

Almost every game you will need that build but, If the enemy team have mostly ad damage instead of building spirit visage you will need Randuins for the armor and the extra slow, and instead of solari frozen heart

Now why that build make difference from others in teamfights, the answer is that your job specially in late game teamdights is to make the enemies have perma slow and let your teammates focus the right guy easily and have the advantage of positioning while you do damage, the way you can succeed this goal is to throw mush's clever, throw the first in frontline and the following three in keypoints behind while you must blind the right enemy and after that deal damage to the squises
