Acknowledgments
This idea comes straight from the brain of a friend who had a dream about this build so credit to them. It's important to keep this in mind as part of truely reaching the potential of this build is making sure you stay true to the original sources. Thusly those attempting this build should don a blue skin as that is as it was originally envisioned.
Fastest Rock Alive
Ok so there is really only one rule to this build and it's speed. It is actually absurd trying to fully calulate movement speed. There's flat MS, adadtive percentage MS and multiplicative MS. Trying to include every little bonus from every rune and passive actually was doing my head in. I give aproximate MS values based on what I calculated for each item build. With the exception of the movement shard which just gives a nice easy 2% addative MS bonus I have considered none of the runes in those values. I definitely havent given consideration to what happens to those numbers the moment you land a Q as that completely depends on who you hit. Basically those numbers are low balls.
Freakyness
So there are some very interesting interactions between items and abilities and how values are counted in league. To work out how half of them will play out they need to be limit tested IRL I think. So I'll update this with more concrete answers when I test them for myself otherwise if anyone else know please let me know. For one swift march gives adaptive force for 5% of your total MS. Which isn't a whole lot. Even with this build you're ranging between like 30 - 60 bonus adaptive force from the items and if you add in the runes you probably squeeze out some more. Since my fastest MS build uses experimental hexplate I was thinking about how this all affects malphites ult. Experimental hexplate grants 30% movement speed upon cast but malphite's damage is only applied upon arrival. This means there's a chance that the bonus MS gained from casting his ult may apply the bonus adaptive force before the ult damage is calculated. Even more interestingly, I don't know how swiftmarch's adaptive force is usually affected by dashes. It wasn't someting I considered until I was going over Malphite's ult and it specifically says the speed of his dash is 1500 + 100% MS. If you take his fastest build that means he's fyling accross the screen with about 2634 MS which is already insane. I think it's a bit of a long shot but if that is taken into consideration by swiftmarch and that's applied to his ult damage he's going to be flying in with a bonus 132 AP adding 119 magic damage. A lot of of things need to go right for that to happen but god I hope it does that would be amazing.
