Introduction

To start things off, this build is meant for when you are playing against AD teams/champions. Many of the items can be switched for magic resist if needed.

ALSO, if there are any modifications that you think would make this build better then feel free to tell me. Please try out the build before commenting or voting, and let me know how it works out for you all!

Enjoy.

Runes

Greater Quint of Fortitude: Provides you with plenty of HP.
Greater Mark of Desolation: Comes in handy when fighting other tanks that have a large amount of armor.
Greater Seal of Fortitude: Explains itself.
Greater Glyph of Insight: Allows "Burning Agony" to deal much more damage.

Masteries

You're probably wondering why I am building as a tank and I don't have many masteries in Defense. Well, with the masteries that the Utility tree provides you with, I think that having increased HP regen, movement speed, and CD Reduction is much more useful. Now Defense does make it to where you take less damage, but there isn't much point in wasting your points in Defense when this build gives you all of the defense you will need.

Items

As I said earlier, this build is meant for playing against an AD team. But, many of the items can be switched out for Magic resist items. You could Switch Randuin's Omen for Banshee's Vail/Guardian Angel. Now Guardian Angel does provide you with more Armor than Magic Resist, but havin some extra armor is never bad.

And now for the boots. I use the Ionian Boots of Lucidity just because of its CD Reduction, now Mercury treads could be more useful in certain situations.

Summoner Spells

Ghost isn't exactly a must on Dr. Mundo, but combine it with your ult and you can chase just about anyone down. Ignite, well, it could be switched with a few other spells, such as Cleanse or Fortify. I use it to try and get those people that get away with barely any health.
