Its best to use this build if you someone with very good survivability and someone how can absorb all the damage for your team. This build is hard to use and should be used by people who know how to use Dr.Mundo

Lets start with items. I choose these items because they give you good health and health Regen also you get a good handful of magic resistance. I like to start with a Regrowth Pendant and a Health Potion. You should take either the top or bot lanes leave mid to a mage or dps. If you have a jungler you should always offer to solo lane. Mundo is a good solo laner because of his health, he has no mana and he can cleaver people if they get to close. You should not leave your lane until you have enough to buy boots and Leviathan if your doing good if not then get a Giant's Belt.

By now you should be about level 8-11 and have maxed out your Infected Cleaver. You should have a good 2-5 stacks of Leviathan if you got, it is very helpful on this build. You will next want to complete your first Warmog's Armor, after getting this item you will feel a lot stronger now that have 900 more health. Now depending on there team you should one of the following items. If they have a lot of mages then get Force of Nature. If they have a lot of dps then get Randuin's Omen. Once you have one of these. Start making your Guardian Angel. I like Guardian Angel on Dr.Mundo because if you time it right you can pop Sadism right before you die and while he is falling he will regenerate health and when he comes back he will have full health.

Now is your time to shine. By now you should be level 18 if not you need a good farm to get to level 18. Now for your last item you may get what ever health item you want you get either a Randuin's Omen, Force of Nature either of them that you did not get before, or you go with my choice and that is a second Warmog's Armor. I like the extra health but that's just me.

I went with the summoner spells. Ghost and Cleanse for my summoner spells because you can run really fast for chasing and running away. Cleanse is very good for getting rid of annoying stuns like Ashe's Ulti or Warwick's Ulti. For runes you need a lot health and health regen. That is why I went straight up health and health regen. AS for mastery the whole point of this build is survivability, having all the points in defense is the best way to go with Mundo.
