Hi! I've been played Te emo for long time and this is my way to play him: AP/AS. Why? Simply: INSANE DAMAGE with mushrooms and Blinding Dart plus fast autoattacks that have AP damage too ^^. In the nexts chapters i'm going to explain all of it ^^.

With this guide, you will have around 500 AP, 1,6 AS and 40% Cooldown Reduction...why this stats? I LOVE to stay in a place in the map, like jungle between Golems and Ghosts or in the River, into the brushes near the mid of the map and force Teamfights in that zone. Let's explain runes, masteries and items :D

Quintessence: HP please! Teemo is very squishly in early game and that 3 Quintessences will help.

Marks: Magic Penetration. Why? no need to explain

Seal: Mana Regen. Your choose: mana regen p/level or mana regen only.

Glyphs: I think AP/Level it's the best for teemo...you can change it for another thing if you want ;)

11/0/19. In utility, I pick Cooldown Reducion only for the mushroom spam and mana regen. with more mana helps to put more mushrooms. In offensive tree, I get magic pen. and pick some AS.

This is the most important thing about my guide... now you will understand why I pick that Masteries and Runes:

First, start with boots, 2x Health Potion and 1x Mana Potion; When we have gold for buy Berseker's Greaves, go back and start to build Hextech Revolver: this gives you more survivality for the Spell Vamp (it's something ^^).

If the game is going normal/good, the next item will be Needlesly Large Rod, to buy Rabadon's Deathcap; If the game is going really bad, end Hextech Gunblade or start to make Nashor's Tooth.

Before this, if you pick Rabadon's, the next item will be Nashor's, if not, pick Morello's Evil Tome. (First option: More ap, Second option: Cooldown Reduction Cap.!).

If you get into this point and the game is not end (the most games end in THIS point), you must have: Berseker's Greaves, Hextech Gunblade, Rabadon's Deathcap/Nashor's Toothblade, Morello's Evil Tome. Pick Rabadon's or Nashor's (the one that you don't have) and the last one it's your choice: Zhonya's Hourglass, Rylay's Crystal Scepter, another Rabadon's...
