You guys are right, it depends on how frustrated a certain game gets you. Taking a break after a win is good if it was a stressful game but i guess it depends on the person. Me personally i dont often get upset at games enough to have to take a break. Thank you for the feedback!

i'm with Vyn on this one... you shouldn't want to only stopped ranked after losing 3 or more.... depending on how frustrating the game was personally i even stop after the first loss. there is absolutely no point going into another game frustrated and angry. it will make you lose lane even harder than anything else. usually though after the 2nd one i know its time to stop and just play normals or do something completely irrelevent to leagues.

This is a great guide. Thank you. Now, how do I force all my random teamates to read it? lol

Except that you only recommend to take a (very short) break after losing more than 3 games while a short break after every game is recommended to keep up focus.

I actually pretty much said that exactly.

It's bad to play too much games in rapid succession (especially when losing) because it causes you to lose focus. If you lose and then queue again, you also take your (most likely) angry/upset attitude into the next game which then influences that game as well.

^ I honestly disagree with you about that entirely but i do find going to play normals with friends to help calm down and get back in ur groove. Thx for the feedback tho.

I'd actually recommend taking a break after losing a single game, at least 10 minutes to relax and think about what has gone wrong in the game (especially things you could've had effect on yourself). If you lose more than two games in a row, stop ranked for the day and go normals or play another game.

If you find yourself losing 3+ games in a row, its time to take a break. Just take a little 15 minute break

I guess overextending that much won't help at all
