Fleet Footwork

This rune is strongest rune for AD and Speed Nasus, you gonna deal additional damage and you will be very fast.

Sorcery:

Nimbus Cloak

This is the half-rune you must have cause if you gonna escape or chase enemy, you gonna have extra speed and you gonna escape fast or chase him fast.

Transcendence

This half-rune is not so necessary cause you gonna have fast skills is good if you wanna stack Q.

Water Walking

This half-rune is good if you wanna steal or kill dragon or gank fast but only or JG cause on TOP this rune sucks.

Items:

Eclipse

Eclipse is broken on AD & Speed Nasus, this item gonna give you AD and Speed for attacking so it's worth it.

Mobility Boots

Mobility Boots is my choice for Speed and fast ganks but on damage better boots is Berserker's Greaves

Dead Man Plate

You not surprised are you? This item gives you Speed and Armor so you know...

Youmuu's Blade

Youmuu's Blade gives you great damage and (if you use it)very strong speed if you choose my build.

Bloodthirster

Classic item, give you damage and you gonna be kinda Tanky cause Eclipse gonna give you Lifesteal with Bloodthirster which give you a shield, so i think it's worth it.

Death's Dance

Great damage and health regeneration gonna make excellent result with Bloodthirster and Eclipse.
