I don't find the extra damage that important, when i play Nasus i like to focus on farming Q, I guess we just have a difference in playstyle.

Yes I think that's it. I also focus on farming my q up but I also try to get some early kills. And this only works if I have some damage. That's why I get Trinity Force so early.

You can take Glacial Shroud after sheen what gives you 15% cooldown reduction. This should be enough early game together with the masteries.

I think your first to items after boots should be frozen hearth and Shurelya's Battlesong because they both give you cooldown reduction, allowing you to farm your Siphoning Strike even more. Trinity Force is a nice item, being able to farm your Siphoning Strike is a lot more valuable.

Good guide I love Nasus, he's very hard to kill and people sometimes forget he's extremely powerful with a well farmed q. The ultimate is sick also you can use for number of different reasons, main way I use it is make the enemy think I don't have it run in get low health run away then when they follow into a bush I pop it and just unload, works almost every time.

Loved the guide, I hope it gets a lot of votes.

Flash is good on Nasus just like on pretty much anyone else, but I think he benefits much more from Ghost. Yes he already has a slow ( Wither), but very often that will not be enough for him to stick on his target (enemies often have CC too...)

In fact, one of Nasus' big weakness is that he's so easy to kite... He has trouble chasing enemies. Ghost is almost necessary. Flash is nice to have but Nasus benefits from sustained mobility much more.

Armor isn't a counter to Nasus xD! He has tons of magic damage, free armor pen, and his purpose is to stay in lane forever and farm, not kill his enemy in lane xD.

You should try getting Frozen Heart before you finish your Trinity Force :P. Not saying it's better, just saying you should try it. Especially when you are against an AD champion top. Frozen heart gives defense which makes your enemy unable to push you out of lane. It also gives CDR and Mana which really helps to farm your Q to the max!

Shurelia's is awesome on Nasus because it gives movespeed and tankiness (and you get an early philo stone). I wouldn't make it a ''situational item''.

You could look at your items/masteries and try to find a perfect combo to get 40% CDR if you wanna. Because right now you have more than 40%, which goes to waste because you can't have more than 40%.

The CDR mastery in the defense tree is very unnecessary (you already have max) and reduced damage taken or even movespeed is much better.

I also believe you should give tips on how to play early/mid/late game respectively. You could also add videos :P.

I hope I helped you :)

I still think Ghost is not good on nasus. If you use Wither on your opponent he will be so slow that its impossible for him to run. You also get more movement speed if you have trinity force. In my opinion Teleport is a way better choise.

I wouldn't recommend getting frozen heart before trinity force. You could get glacial shroud after sheen and then trinity force, but with 2 gp10 items and if you have a good farm you will have your trinity force early enough, so you won't have a problem with not having armor.

Getting shurelya's instead of Force of Nature is a mistake. You don't have an item that gives you magic resistence except of your boots and spirit visage. So its still situational and I would only get it if you don't have a problem with AP.

Having more than 40% cooldown reduction is not a real problem. I don't choose this items for the CDR, but its still good. I took the CDR mastery because its more usefull than the other things I could choose instead of it. It also helps you until you have all your items and have 40%.

The tips on how to play are in the " how to use " your abilities section. There is everything said about farming and teamfights, what pretty much covers early to lategame.

But thanks for your comment :)

A really nice guide. Easy to read and plenty of visuals. I can't speak entirely for the build because I don't play him, but you explained your choices well and I feel like I could play Nasus after reading it. Keep it up!
