I'm confused as to why a ton of players get Madred's Bloodrazors on Nasus. I've never personally done it, but would you not say that since:

1) Most of your damage is based on your Q, is a Bloodrazor necessary?
2) If you're talking about survivability, why do you only have a Trinity Force and Frozen Mallet for health?

Given the above (Assuming you agree) would it not be prudent to conclude that you should get a tanky item? If they have mainly physical DPS, go Frozen Heart (which is more important than Thornmail on Nasus given the bonuses). If they have mainly magical, get Force of Nature.
What are YOUR thoughts? :)

As a Nasus player, even when I die a lot early game, I always end up catching up by end game. My strategy going DPS is to have Attack speed items such as Madred's and AoE splash damage item such as Tiamat. I can take out a whole wave of minions in seconds, protecting our teams turret while I keep pushing towards theirs.

I also take Teleport, as this skill is very handy to teleport to the top or bottom lanes. Team fights occur mostly in the middle lane, and when it does happen, I usually teleport to the top or bottom lane while the enemy team is distracted, taking out a turret in less than a minute. Remember to spam Siphoning strike, it WORKS on turrets!

Remember to get Sheen > Trinity force as soon as possible too, it definitely helps with the extra damage. By end-game, I can crit minions for 900+ damage with SS, this is with NO runes and my summoner level is only at level 12.

This is really good wizzard :)

a few things I would recommend...

well, first off, you have 4 quints, might wanna fix that :D

also, it is easier to the readers (I know this from past experience) if you do not lay out the items every single piece, but instead just the full item itself. So, for instance, go right from Doran's Shield to Mercs to Trinity Force, etc.

I would recommend, however, adding some images to the body of the guide.

To add images and pictures to your guide, you need to know BBCode. The whole site works off BBCode.

To, for instance, put in a thumbnail of Renekton, you would type:

(icon=Renekton size=25)

and, replacing the ( ) with [ ],

yields:

this works with every item, ability, rune, and champion in the game. Different sizes change the size of the thumbnail, for instance, Renekton but size=50 would yield

and so on.

you can also do ((Renekton)) (replacing parentheses with brackets of course) to yield
Renekton, this works with anything in the database (items, champs, spells, etc), and this will yield the same image size and text, both providing info when hovered over.

read this to learn more about BBCode: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/forum/mobafire-support/bbcode-guide-783

I hope I helped, and good guide! I've seen it work well!

Good luck to you :)
