Spells:

Exhaust
Ability Order
Night Hunter (PASSIVE)
Vayne Passive Ability
Introduction

These runes are built for maximum AD out put, and yes it is my actual rune book. If your serious about playing Vayne, or any AD character these are the runes that give a huge advantage over everyone else. You can start the game with 22 extra AD. The bonus from doran's blade early game is a huge boost. This rune book will make up for most of the first items not having huge AD.
Here is the fun part. Vayne's skills. Let's take a minute to talk about them.
Passive:
Night Hunter - Vayne ruthlessly hunts down evil-doers. Gaining bonus movement speed.
Great for catching people and is tripled with your ult.
Q:
Tumble- Vayne tumbles where your cursor is pointed, and readies an extra damaging attack.
Good for harassing, getting away (if you hit a minion or something with it you can tumble faster, so you don't have to wait for the bonus to go away.) or catching up on runners.
W:
Silver Bolts(passive) - Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third attack or ability on the same target will deal a percentage of the target's maximum health.
Use this with in accordance of tumble on the third attack to deal massive burst. And also good for taking down tanks.
E:
Condemn - Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back and fires a huge bolt at her target, dealing damage and knocking them back. If they collide with terrain (like walls or towers/
Pillar of Filth) it will deal extra damage and stun them.
This ability costs tons of mana until you get your sheen. Only use it in reserve to get away as a last resort, or picking up a certain gank kill.
Final Hour - Readying herself for the Final confrontation, Vayne gains bonus AD, tumble stealths, and her passive is increased by triple the amount.
This ability is great for ganking a lane at level 6, the stealth can guarantee an unseen jump on the team's squishy, also good for getting away with tumble and catching up to enemies. Using it in team fights frequently is a great idea to be putting pressure on them without knowing your there. It has a relatively short cool down and a low mana cost.
Now, you get Tumble first for the damage and First Blood if your lucky. You pick up Silver Bolts then condemn and then max tumble, grab your ult, and after maxing tumble level up Bolts then Condemn then bolts, repeat. (While leveling your ult of course)

The build order goes as such.
Doran's Blade - Great for a starting item, really boosts your early game attack damage.
Boots of Swiftness - Great for moving fast, with the recent nerfs Vayne is actually pretty slow without her passive. If you don't have a problem with that, use
Berserker's Greaves for extra attack speed.
Cloak and Dagger - This is the point of the build where you really start racking up kills. The tenacity gives reduced CC, which is great for being as aggressive as you can be in lanes. Also for early game attack speed and Crit. Late game it will save you from CC from the enemy team fights.
Trinity Force - This is probably the greatest item on Vayne. The bonus from the sheen (which is increased by 50% with the fully built trinity.) goes with tumble and silver bolts, to increase your burst even more. The phage is great for health and slowing enemies. The zeal gives great attack speed, movement speed, and crit. Put it all together and you get the core item in this build.
Bloodthirster - This item is made for AD carries. It gives life steal and tons of AD, farm it so you can stay alive and further increase your 1v1 survivability. The life steal is great for never having to go back if fully farmed, so you don't miss a team fight and potential kills.
Infinity Edge - This item gives a huge boost in crit, and attack damage, It also increases crit damage. Your crits at this point will be wrecking entire teams. This synergizes perfectly with bloodthirster, the more you crit the more you heal.
Black Cleaver - At this point the Doran's blade is useless. If you've been doing good this game, sell it and get a black cleaver. This will help take down tanks, and even more for people with less armor. It gives great attack speed and damage.
Madred's Bloodrazor - These are great for high health pool bruisers or casters. Its a situational item if your not doing enough damage and want more. Great for taking out bruisers like
Garen,
Jax,
Dr. Mundo, and
Mordekaiser.
Banshee's Veil - Great survavibility item if your having trouble with a nuker caster, such as
Annie,
Brand,
Anivia, or
Veigar

Pros:
Great burst, and sustained damage.
Great amount of harass early game and damage.
Can help dominate a lane, or stop middle lane from farming as much. (if you mid)
Great for ganking around Level 6, due to ult and tumble.
Good for focusing one person down at a time.
Great 1v1er.
Cons:
Squishy as balls.
Any CC in a teamfight could possibly end her.
A bit mana hungry early game.
A very low health pool.
Due to recent nerfs, very very slow without swiftness.
