Always start the build with dorans blade and a health pot. After first recall take Vamp scpeter and the small boots. Upgrade Vam scepter into Blade of the ruined king and the small boots into berserker greaves later. Trinity Force is a must have and it gives you tons of damage with your w.
Take last whisper for some amor pen and finish off the build with Ie and guardian angel.
