Udyr has a VERY strong early game jungle start. My route pref at the start goes:
(Use ghost for early gank - invade kill) I personally use ghost upon CD for any gank its available on. 2 reason. 1st If they had warded the bush it allows you to get there way faster like your speedy gonzales 2. For 10 Seconds your AD will be exceptionally higher because of Celerity. (i know most people will save ghost for a sticky situation or why not go flash. [Its a personal playstyle] but ghost is nearly half the CD of flash.)

Blue team: Start Red buff -> Top Side Scuttle -> Enemy Red buff (either to gank or to steal depends on where he is at) If you decide against that then try to gank mid or top after top scuttle. If neither are gankable Blue buff -> Gromp -> wolves -> Birds -> Check bot side scuttle -> *look for gank* -> golems and B. At this point if you have 1200+ gold get stalker, corrupt potion, boots of speed. Basically i tell mid and bot to be careful but be aggressive while i solo a drag. You should be lvl 4 at this time.

Red Team: Start Blue buff -> Gromp -> Bot Scuttle -> (decision time) gank mid or bot or go straight to red buff.
