Chapter 1
Pros:
Tactile, movement speed boost from both runes and talents.
More health up front.
Solid DPS in both AP and AD.
Low Cool downs

Levels 1-5
Stay back. Dont bother casting Null Sphere till Rank 2 AKA lvl 3. Harass like mad at 3 with your rank 2 Null Sphere. Kass is an end game hero. REMEMBER THAT
Levels 6-11
Get Rod of Ages, Swiftness(or mobility), Revolver, and your Codex
This is where the tactile advantages start to come into play. Basically i will hang back, then do the old 1, 2, 3 run away, then rinse and repeat till they are at about 30% health. Then i let them push the tower as i set up a solid RW. This with ignite usually gets me into the killing game early on.
Levels 12-18
At this point you should be getting your last Items. Now you are a Stacked all around Kass so you have to play like one. Stick by the group, but dont go in with the group. Stay behind when the first team fight is initiated. Get in a good spot to do a surprise RW. Wait till their squishy pulls away from the group, then bam jump his face. Silence first if caster. With AD and AP you will be a squishy smashing machine. With bonus speed and Armor Pen, you can get in and out as quick as posible. Use Flash if necessary for the extra boost. Your job is more or less to be able to kite their whole team no problem as the rest of your team just stomps their face and you come in for the clean up. You will be able to rift walk about every 3 seconds. with boots and rune bonus, your pretty much impossible to catch. Also once you get your gunblade and deathfire grasp you have a bunch of extra damage you can spread out or localize on one target.
Well thats all i have for now. I'll probably update this a lot more as i continue to mess around with it.
