Playing Ashe starts and ends with her passive. Save your first shot of the game for the enemy ADC, this way you unless hell with your passive damage, it will make them think twice before trading auto attacks with you. Ashe is also a great initiator; you can start with a charged passive, or your Frost Arrow. Hitting that Frost Arrow is crucial. You don't want to through them around like they are nothing. Save them when you know that you can get the kill, or to save yourself when you get ganked. If you feel comfortable with the game, and your team is in control of all lanes and it looks like a sure win, then, and only then, try KSing the top lane with across the map Frost Arrow, because League isn't a team game, it's about moments like those that make you want to hop into some moar Solo queue.
